Bridge of sighs

A full day spent in Oxford where we walked and walked until we couldn't walk anymore! We visited Balliol college, founded in 1263, and claims to be the oldest college. A visit to the divinity hall in the Bodelian library and used as the hospital in Harry Potter. Also to the Sheldonian Theatre, a climb of 124 steps to reach the eight sided cupola and where this was taken. There were lots of tourists but wherever we visited there were very few people, if any with us. We saw many other colleges, churches and Radcliffe Camera as well as walking down to the Thames to view all the empty punts. We finally finished the day with a Jamie's Italian before heading back to our lovely room at the inn.
