That’s why BT put Ann on hold for 43 mins.

Our wifi connection is not working properly and we keep losing internet connection. Turns out our hub is 4 years old and needs to be updated.

So what do BT do? Give us a new hub? That would be nice.

……………They tell us we have to renew our contract for another 12 months, put us on a new price plan, that we’re not actually sure if we even want, and totally bamboozle us with internet speeds and various other stuff that means nothing to Ann.

And isn’t it interesting that to speak to someone in the BT techie department, one has to wait on hold for 43mins, only to speak to someone who one can’t understand so has to keep asking them to repeat themselves. No that isn’t a racist comment – it’s a fact!!

Amazingly, being put through to the sales team only takes a second and everyone speaks perfect English??!!

Our internet is still only working intermittently so this may not even post.

I’m ‘Molly the gorgeous collie’ and internet connection is imperative if I am to post my daily BLIP!!!
