Morning work

I'm pretty sure I've never declined an event in favor of cleaning the house. While I like things straightened up, I am definitely not known as a type "A" neat freak so it must have shocked Joel when I showed up to the unbelievable mess of a garage this morning and instantly got to work cleaning up and organizing. In between painting, sawing and nailing, I swept up a couple of inches of sawdust and put all the power tools back into their cases. I wound extension cords, organized nails by size and located all the far fling hand tools. I was glad when Joel's tee time drew near so I could be released to come home. Smitty and I are going to knit and purl after supper. :0)
