The Final Few days

I received an email on Monday night that my local quilting supplies shop was going to close. I went into a state of shock. The shop is so close to where I live and very convenient but it has struggled with its variety of fabrics which is probably one cause for its closure. There is also the issue of lack of internet shopping, in an age where we can not rely upon footfall alone. I know people have had issues with its customer service, all add up to reasons for closure. That said it was very convenient for supplies and the owner had a wealth of knowledge. The shop will be dearly missed.

This week all stock was half price, but one day into this huge sell off there really wasn't much left. Good bye.
