Figging out

I worked 6 hours non-stop in the cafe and fed 32 customers.
Then I came home and remembered I had fresh figs that needed using. So I made this upside down tart, one of Dan Lepard Nigel Slater's recipes. It was too sticky to turn out so I'll leave it in the pan but I don't give a fig about that. It tastes divine.
