Lobster Mushrooms

A real find in our yard. I googled these and they are quite a delicacy. Hubby has been enjoying finding them under a little mound of grass. They push up from underneith and when you notice, then it't time to get them. If you like mushrooms, they are very good. The mushroom buyers will give up to $20.00 a pound. We were afraid they were the poison kind until the neighbor came over and got real excited when they noticed them. They went home with their arms full. Now we know!! :-)
