I made the most delicious dinner I had to take a photo. Beetroot and bean fritters with sweet potato fries and sour cream. I don't know why it was so tasty but it really was. The purple plate kind of disguises the brightness of the beetroot in this photo but never mind.

Other than that today was so slow and so hot. I couldn't wait to get home, do my washing, cook some food and lie in bed.
