A Penny For Them

A short, pleasant afternoon stroll around Dollar Park in the afternoon sunshine - a great way to unwind after a morning sitting at the computer followed by the necessary chore of food-shopping.

The flowers still in bloom made the park look colourful and vibrant, while the angle of the afternoon sun made it an excellent time to catch this statue. Don't know who the figure is, or what the statue is meant to represent, but it is one of the features of this excellent park near Falkirk town centre. Wonder what he's thinking?
