Amused? Bothered?

Queen Victoria that is. I have blipped this box before. Today, being thoughtful thursday, I was thinking about Victoria's reaction to 'efficiency savings'.
Actually this does seem a good idea as we live in the countryside so not many letters posted here and there are no businesses around here that rely on a post collection at a particular time.
