Solar Compactor Again

I've noticed that the solar compactors in the centre of Bath are sporting information about not feeding the seagulls in other languages. I've observed French and this.

Looked online, think it is probably Chinese.

The young Chinese women who stayed with me said they were ashamed to see this, thinking that the Chinese were responsible for feeding the seagulls! I explained to them that the information had been translated into several languages.
