New strapping [240/365]

With me leaving for Aberdeen on Monday, today was my last physio appointment. As expected they put me through my paces with some tough exercises to establish a level of fitness and strength in my leg. In the next 2-3 weeks I will be having medicals, health and safety as well as helicopter evacuation training. As a result it was suggested that I have my knee strapped to support the graft and give me peace of mind.
