So I did the ice bucket thing, you can laugh at my soaking here.

I've donated cash to the Meningitis Trust as I'm a little unsure about the whole ALS thing and if I'm going to have buckets of water and ice on my head I would like to decide where the cash goes.

Poppy has Sophie here for a sleep over. They have built a huge den and have retired to it with two huge bars of chocolate!

Back to Steak and Honour for lunch today, they were doing Fries!!! Possibly a mistake as I spent most of the afternoon feeling like I had swallowed a duvet!
