WI Marathon

The members of the Marston Magna In The 20th Century history project met for 2.5 hours late this afternoon to select photographs for inclusion in our book. We also set a pathway of deadlines the first being something in writing for each of the 45 segments of our project by the end of 2014.
This was immediately followed by a WI Committee Meeting (change of faces) where the bulk of the time was taken in making arrangements for an up and coming Somerset Supper in support of the Somerset Levels Relief Fund and more mundanely a Jumble Sale at the end of September.
I made short work of the refreshments that were produced at 9pm!
Now back home, exhausted and sipping a Whisky Mac!
