Edinburgh Chap's Photos

Late Summer Light (2014.240)

The spires of St Mary's Cathedral in Edinburgh. Shot from atop Arthur's Seat, where the wind was playing expensive havoc with my other setup.

I really like the golden light over Edinburgh, and the way that this landmark building rises up into the fiery sky.

The main part of the cathedral was built between 1876 and 1879, with the two smaller spires being built between 1913 and 1917.
