It was a nice morning for my coffee on the patio, to watch the sun come up and for listening to the birds.

I was only able to make it until 8:30. It was 77º/25º at sunrise but 85º/29º when I finally acquiesced. It wasn't the air temperature, though, that drove me indoors. It was the penetrating heat of the desert sun that became too much for me.
