~A walk in the Park~

After work tonight I stopped by the park to take a walk. April 2013 I stared wearing a fitbit and challenged myself to 10.000 steps per day. I'm happy to say I meet this goal most days. I have walked over 3 million steps to date. For anyone who needs a push I recommend one of these. It has become something I do on a daily basis. Actually I started blip one month before. You might say these both are part of my everyday life now.
