How long?

This is one of two sculptures which were placed on the Stonehills roundabout in April this year. They commemorate the battle of Tewkesbury in 1471. Apparently they took 15 years to plan and 2 years to make. They were worth the wait but it would be good if the powers that be came up with an area to park in order to view them safely.
