Oink Scottish Hog Roasts

This window display certainly caught my eye in Edinburgh. Why not try this for lunch? A hog roast roll. Fresh roasted and carved. It was delicious but I did not get the addition of Haggis. Being an American, I would have appreciated some Barbecue sauce, however.
