Don't Do This at Bar
You know, you don't mix better wines if you're into it.

"With an half-empty Valpo glass in my hand, I took up the well-aerated
Grady's from the shelf . They're both pretty lush and savoury.
Never tasted them together before. Time to mix up."
Nose: no one aimed at this: raspberries, dark chocolade, ripe cranberries
Mouthfeel: Very open, passionate; dark strawberries, lots of acid and fruit.
Perfect to slosh in the mouth. Palate sweetly tannic.
After: acids and fruit
Conclusion: if you tried this at the bar, you'd be better off than the prissies.
