Frittata

It was a rainy morning so I delayed going out until this afternoon. Luckily the rain had stopped by the time I left the house. I walked down to the village to get my repeat prescription.

When I got back home I made this salmon, asparagus and potato frittata and had some of it for a late lunch. It was really nice. Today's August Forum Challenge is Foodie Friday so my tasty frittata fits the bill.

After lunch I got the bus to The Metrocentre - indoor shopping mall. Didn't buy much but I did a lot of walking which helped with my step count. The place was packed. Lots of parents with children - buying uniforms and shoes etc ready for the new school term.
