Plonk!

Went to dinner Thursday night in Missoula. Met several friends at the wonderful restaurant, Plonk! Lots of stories, laughter and great food. I had burrata and a gespachio of hearts of palm, pine nuts and other goodies for a starter...flat iron steak, garlic aeoli, charred fingerling potatoes and more...yum! Good friends...good food...what can be better!
