Toilets in the Nissan garage are quite nice.

Unfortunately the member of staff who was supposed to valet my car went off to deliver another car to a customer with my car keys in his pocket.

Then there was an accident somewhere, added to rush hour traffic, which resulted in an extra 2 hr wait for me, and the garage staff having to stay an hour after closing.

Much grovelling from them, and gifts given to me!
