Up and about

Discharged this morning and managed to walk back to the hotel without difficulty (well we did stop for a cup of tea and the crossword en route). Went for a longer walk later on, a nice day and good for me to keep moving I think. My sister's phone is posher than mine and can do this panorama thing.
