A gift from my daughter-in-law after she and the family visited Chirk Castle last weekend.

Very tasty and a nice way to start the weekend.

Until I remembered it wasn't. I'm working tomorrow in a strange place called Skelmersdale. Just down the road from Blackpool but Mrs DD turned down the offer of a night out there.

Can't understand why.

On a frustrating note for 'almost' the weekend. I found out during the day that the new Maverick software updated in the week will not run my Epson scanner!

Not good as the printer/scanner is not very old and don't want to change it.
