A Dam in the Kanimbla

There's something about paddocks in the Kanimbla. They have this indefinable "Australian" look to them as (to my mind at least) does this farm dam and surrounds. We had a few snatches of sunshine today along with a few half hearted sprinkles of rain but mostly it was an uninspired dry, grey, overcast atmosphere. I just had a fondness for this gentle water surface texture and so I blipped it. Incidentally the grass is actually greener than it may seem. I felt a need to warm up the scene a little. The overcast greyness was so depressing.
