Stockhill Lane fairground

In the run -up to the 2014 Goose Fair, one of the traditional preceding annual events is a substantial fairground on the playing fields at Stockhill,Lane.
Here is one of the more spectacular (dare I say "dangerous?") rides being erected today - with two guys perched precariously some eighty feet above the ground setting it up.
Makes me feel queasy just looking up at them.
This will eventually be one of those high-speed, spinning, rotating rides for squealing thrill- seekers.
