Saturday sunrise

Down on the beach early this morning to give the dogs some exercise before breakfast. It was beautiful with not another human in sight. Our only companions were the gulls, a heron, some oystercatchers and, for the first time, I spotted a Common Tern just standing on one of the rocks. Sadly my photographs of the birds are not sharp enough to be included.
