a question raised and uniting flag

sticking with my theme of arrows. The story behind this one is that the guy who owns the building on the right became really made with the guys who built the building to the left of his. He didn't want to give them permission to use his building to finish the rendering on the side of the upper half of the new building, but then insisted on pointing out to everyone how bad there work was.

Also, in this photo is a blue Turkish flag (normally red). After a quick Google it is apparently: the "East Turkistan flag. It is mostly used the Uyghurs - but in general it represents the ideology that all Turks will unite and form 1 country"
