Dr N's Wedding

Congratulations to our special friend Dr N and her new husband J. A very happy day.

A beautiful service. Music from Scotland and the US, songs in Gaelic and Afrikaans. Readings and prayers. We led the hymn singing. There were kilts, hats, fascinators and cameras with long f/2.8 lenses.

The sun shone, we toasted the happy couple, and enjoyed a delicious Afternoon Tea in the Library at Pollok House. Photographs in the parterre garden, and down beside the river.

Father of the Bride asked which cake I was going to Blip. Tough call, the meringues nearly made it, but I really like this shot and Dr N said "Yes".
