Back to reality

Back to normal today. Suz working, the kids playing. Me feeling slight down and depressed. I tried to not do work today and trier to eek out lore relaxation by lying horizontal and reading.

Dropping the kids off proved hard, as I knew it would. I don't like not being around them all the time. I also feel for them about the imminent Chester news.
