Stairway Loitering

This life-size bronze scupture sits on the library stairs on our campus. It doesn't matter how many times I see it, I always forget for a split second it isn't a real student sitting in the stairway path. I always walk around it as to not disturb someone sitting, serenly taking in the view. I would bet it really catches people by surprise during evening classes.
