Puffins!

Today I went for a 7 hour boat trip on the Salty Lady. The destination was the Farallon Islands off the coast of San Francisco, the goal was to see puffins, and we did. There were three puffins, and three humpback whales (but no pictures of the whales). The day was beautiful, but the wind was strong, so the water was very choppy. This picture is the best focused and posed of the puffin pictures I took, even if the framing leaves something to be desired.
