Smoking

I have to give it up. Again.

This time, I must never think I'll just be able to smoke one cig 'from time to time'. This time, it's for ever.

I'm figuring that if I publish this pledge, it might spur me on to keep it.

So: it's 8 today, then 7, then 6 etc etc till the very last one ever next week....
