There's Something Missing... #GoUltraLow

One of my work colleagues told me that they'd seen an electric car charging point in a nearby public car park, so as I am currently testing the Nissan LEAF as part of the GoUltraLow project I thought I would check it out. I found the parking spaces easily, but sadly it looks as though they are a work in progress, because there was no charger installed :(
