When Morning Gilds the Skies

I opened the bedroom curtains this morning and was greeted with the most beautiful early morning blue skies and clouds, so I dashed outside in my pj's and madly took about 25 pictures! Hopefully the neighbours are used to this mad woman by now :)

I was reminded of this hymn which is one of my favourite 'old style' hymns that we still sing sometimes in Church :)

Today we say goodbye to our Minister who has decided to move on (though he's only been with us for two years). It is going to be a difficult morning for some of us anyway.

Then I will be pottering this afternoon and possibly creating arty stuff :)
