Botanical

A busy day. First through West with a few hours spent passing the time taking photos in Glasgow's Botanic Gardens. This is my favourite. The ferns seem to be begging for help to escape to the blue sky.
I was hoping that Oran Mor across the road might have helped me kill time with a play but the new season doesn't start till Monday. They do a good brunch though and bring so close to the gardens meant I could test out my camera in peace.
Homeward and tired, I nearly didn't go out again for a poker session at my pals but I'm glad I did. Good food, good company and I didn't disgrace myself at cards. Can't ask for more than that.
