SECC Precinct

Love being down at the SECC Precinct. So many iconic buildings and structures here - Hydro on the left, the Squinty Bridge and Finnieston Crane on the right. The Armadillo is just off the screen to the right too.

We were down here for the Scottish Fitness and Nutrition Expo at the SECC. Its was OK, got a few free samples of some bits but stuff we already knew of so nothing new to be had. Although it was called a "Fitness" expo it would probably be more accurate to call it a "Strength" Expo with a heavy bias towards body building (if you promoted your food as high protein you were going to do well even if the rest of the ingredients were nasty!).

A decent wander around but glad we didn't pay full price for tickets! Nice day for a wander out though as you can see from the blue skies here!
