Yoganidrasana
Last Friday, my teacher informed me that I've slmost done with ashtanga promary series... and I need to move up to intermediate series..
This posture is part of that series.... it's still work-in-progress....
Do not attempt this if you have hamstrings issue and your hips haven't open yet... work on the basic tools before attempting this pose..
In the meantime, enjoy and have fun!!
