Homemade sourdough.

Mr CFJ came home on Friday from work in Wantage with a couple of purchases. He had been to Wessex Mill and picked up some sourdough starter. After feeding it, I left it for 12 hours.

It took 10 hours to make this bread ( only about 15 minutes kneading and shaping though). So it could certainly be called slow bread... The taste and texture were well worth it.
