Our new pony Charlie

With Merlin going back to Andy Doreen rang a contact she had been given by a friend so we went down to Burscough, near Ormskirk too see a 3 year old pony. He hasn't been ridden but had been broken to drive. Alan, the owner, knew a lot of people we do including our farrier.
He is a very friendly horse and Alan's friend drove him to show Doreen his paces and he went very well. He is still young and it will be a while before Doreen rides him but he can be driven We look forward to him come up to the yard next week. I am pleased that Doreen has found a suitable pony so quickly.
