Spent an hour with an apple picker (a 6 metre pole with a 6 metre length of string to operate the gripper on the end of the pole) gathering the remaining bramleys from the top of our tree. Next step with the apples is to clean, cut, microwave to reduce to purée, bag in amounts for two, and into the freezer.
