Powerless petrol

This is how the Ugandans have to cope when there is a power cut - which is all too frequent. Handpumping petrol, back to handwritten receipts in the shops that have electronic tills, and hurricane lamps in the homes. Cooking is usually done on an open fire, with firewood or charcoal, so no change there. Laptops and phones, kindles and even toothbrushes run down - and blipfotos are delayed!!
