A Finnish Lutheran Church

The Kermaki Church was finished in 1842
and was made entirely of wood. It is
the largest wooden church in Finland [with a little stone thrown in] asthe town fathers
decided they wanted the church to
hold half the town. This church holds 3,000
worshipers. It was a "glowering" day when we visited.
