Apples apples everywhere but not a drop to drink .

Today's fruit is apples. Thanks to Karen we have 15lb of apples towards the 24lb we need to make 2 gallons of apple wine.

Of last years home made wines the apple was most definitely the best. This year we are using different apples as the trees we picked them from last year were pruned to the ground and have no fruit.

So with Karens apples plus the apples from our own tree we hopefully should have enough. Watch this space and I will let you know what it's like (around Christmas) when it is ready.
