Lacey Green Windmill

Lazy morning this morning, walked the dog, did some Parish Council work, pottered about, caught up with some blip comments etc

After lunch we decided to go and visit this this local smock mill at Lacey Green, it dates from 1650 and this makes it the oldest in the Country apparently. Matthew has never been and I think it is over 25 years since I've been, it nearly didn't make it to be restored and was in a real state of dilapidation but has been brought back to life, see here for lots of interesting old pictures and history.

We then went on to Mum's for tea, yum yum!

Feeling ok today and I hope it stays this way until my next treatment!
