Baked a cake!

I tried out our new kitchen today and baked a huge carrot & walnut cake. It was quite tricky as I needed to bake 3 separate cakes and then stack them together using cream cheese icing.

We then visited our friends house and sat out in her garden having a BBQ followed by my cake for dessert.

I don't like being in photos but on this occasion I didn't mind having a photo taken with my cake as I was so proud of it!
