Tribal colours!

Still backblipping so this is Saturday and the day of the individual event. Each home country has twenty four youngsters competing in the Home International, made up of twelve boys and twelve girls in three ages groups: 14s, 16s and 18s. They all know each other from competing throughout the year so there is great friendship and fun...until the racing starts!

It's a tradition to don the warpaint before the off!

England were victorious over Scotland today by the narrow margin of seven points with Ireland in third place and Wales fourth. All to play for in the Relay tomorrow!
