Crammond Island Causeway

I don't know why but I've got another stinking cold just before a race. I had a rotten one before my marathon in May that almost had me calling it off and now I've got a sneezy, drippy nose to fix before my half-marathon on the 6th.

So I was rather keen not to do anything that was in anyway strenuous today. Fortunately it was a beautiful day and we took the opportunity to potter about Crammond, starting with a walk to Crammond Island.
