Getting the smoker ready

for the big barbeque tomorrow. It's the Labor Day Holiday tomorrow is the USA, and we're having a barbeque for the family. We'll be smoking beef brisket, and pork spare ribs and making potato salad and baked beans. We'll finish it off with homemade ice cream, hand cranked. Should be good. Be here about 5 p.m.!
