Out for a paddle with Mum.

The first day of spring so I just had to blip the ducklings - they do have a cutesy factor. It was a beautiful day, too.

I went for a walk looking for pukeko chicks again today and photographed ducks, pukekos, herons, kingfishers, welcome swallows and 2 pukeko eggs in a nest. Getting closer to the chicks - perhaps some will be found tomorrow.
